Sick stomach acid is an inflammation or injury that invade space stomach or heartburn that causes nausea, sore stomach acid for patients with this disease. If excessive stomach acid production will naikke throat and can cause injury. The gastric acid diseases we used to know as heartburn.

1. Avoid citrus fruits, chocolate, peppermint, caffeine, etc.

2. Alcohol and tobacco consumption in any form must be stopped immediately.

3. Avoid spicy and fatty foods.

4. Garlic, onion and nuts can aggravate the condition, so avoid these foods as well.

5. Drink plenty of water and juice because it will neutralize the acid.

6. Avoid dairy products to relieve heartburn. But a glass of cold milk to absorb the acid and helps in reducing the symptoms of excess stomach acid.

7. Mint is very effective in reducing the symptoms of acidity. You can chew some leaves of mint or drinking mint juice.

8. Avoid carbonated beverages because it can increase the levels of gastric acid in the stomach.
